Job opportunity: Researcher (hourly, up to 100 hours)

We are seeking a field researcher to assist with observational data collection in Gauteng and North West Province. The primary task will be acquiring quantitative data from organizations in the region, though other tasks may arise. We expect work to begin in late 2019, and anticipate that it should take no more than 100 hours total.

We are particularly interested in current post-graduate students (Master's or PhD level), or current advanced undergraduate students who are interested in pursuing a higher degree and would like to gain research experience. An interest in quantitative data would be a bonus.

Compensation will be competitive.

Application materials should include (a) a short (one paragraph) cover letter and (b) up-to-date curriculum vitae.

Please submit materials via email to Prof. Daniel de Kadt at Applications are rolling.
